PHASE 2 GRAND OPENING

We would like to thank the local Okanagan for the fantastic community support that we have received since our opening this past Spring 2017. The need for safe and quality self-storage and RV Parking here in West Kelowna has been so overwhelming that we pushed through our Phase 2 development far earlier than we had originally planned. Having opened our new high-security self-storage, RV/Boat/Trailer parking, and warehouse facility in March 2017 we managed to completely fill our parking and most of our larger locker units by mid-April. It really felt great to be able to provide a much needed service to the local residents of the central Okanagan that hadn't really had a high-security option for vehicle parking in the local area. Everyone was very complementary of our double facility perimeter (10' high steel locker buildings backed up with chain link/barb wire fencing) and our modern network of HD video surveillance and lighting. After 7 months of operation we are happy to report no security issues what so ever. I guess good planning and quality modern security techniques really pays off for keeping our valued customer's belongings safe and secure!
We are excited to announce that after breaking ground in July of 2017, our Phase 2 development is now ready to go with the same great quality locker units in the same convenient sizes (5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, and 10x30), and same great drive-up access. Our RV/Boat/Trailer parking area is also all set up and designed with customer input to offer the larger 11 and 12 foot wide stalls that some of our customers prefer for easier access to their units. We were happy to be able to accommodate all of the reservations from tenants over the summer months while this new Phase was under construction.
